By joining the Uni waitlist or using the Uni service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Uni is a notification service that sends parents and guardians short SMS summaries of school communications. Uni is currently in early development. By joining the waitlist you are expressing interest — you are not guaranteed access or a specific launch date.
You must be 18 years or older to use Uni. The service is intended for parents and guardians, not for children.
Uni is intended for parents and guardians aged 18 and over. The service is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our waitlist form, you explicitly consent to receive automated text messages from Uni. This includes waitlist updates, launch notifications, and school communication summaries once the service is live. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact jeff@heyuni.net. You will receive a confirmation message upon opting in.
Uni summarises school communications using automated tools. While we aim for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that every summary is complete or error-free. Always refer to original school communications for official information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hey Uni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
All content, design, and technology on heyuni.net is owned by Hey Uni. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without prior written permission.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
